To avoid delay and assist us in improving our services please enclose a written statement with return(s) stating the fault. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend you use some form of registered post in case you need to track your parcel as we do not take responsibility of any misplaced items. If the item is faulty, or we’ve made a mistake with your order, we will be able to offer an exchange or refund. We’re really sorry, but this refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, dropped or broken, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.
